Lucid clean

With the Lucid clean cleanroom luminaire from LIGHTS, you can rely on quality. The robust housing (IP 65) made of powder-coated sheet steel is produced in various designs for recessed, cassette and plasterboard ceilings. Thanks to our position as a manufacturer, not only standard dimensions but also special dimensions can be realized. Our special microprismatic optics ensure glare-free working. This distributes the light evenly and pleasantly for the human eye. In addition to microprismatic optics, frosted glass or clear glass optics can also be implemented.

For maximum future-oriented application, you can combine our Lucid clean cleanroom luminaire with our Lucid clean conversion kit. This gives you even more flexibility for future maintenance and makes it easy to replace spare parts. The conversion kit can even be removed and returned to LIGHTS in the event of a defect or for refitting without causing dirt or contamination. A powder-coated sheet steel housing has a much longer life expectancy than the electronic components such as the power supply unit or LED. With the conversion kit, you therefore only replace the electronic components that are decoupled from the housing and continue to use the existing luminaire housing. This not only protects the environment and our raw materials, but also your wallet.

The Lucid clean cleanroom luminaire has a luminous flux of up to 21,500 lumens and a system efficiency of up to 192 lumens/watt. We therefore also create solutions for higher cleanrooms, such as those required in the aerospace industry.

We manufacture the housing (square or rectangular) individually to the size you require and equip it with LEDs to achieve the lumen package you desire. With our production in Backnang, smaller quantities can also be realized.

The Lucid clean cleanroom luminaire can also be extended with DALI, CLO or emergency power. If no central energy source for emergency power supply is available at the installation site, the conversion kit can also be fitted with a rechargeable battery.

The Lucid clean conversion kit in conjunction with our clean room housing is a LIGHTS invention and, as our original, is equipped only with branded components for maximum service life. For example, all components are produced in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and therefore promise the highest quality and precision as well as short transportation routes. It is not for nothing that all electronic components have ENEC certification.
