In its judgment of May 12, 1998 - Ref: 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for links", the Hamburg Regional Court ruled that the inclusion of a link may entail co-responsibility for the content of the pages accessible via this link. In the opinion of the Hamburg Regional Court, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these contents, which is why we hereby expressly distance ourselves from the contents of the pages linked by us.
